Rules of the sponsorship offer - Nicard des Rieux
Article 1 - Operative part of the operation
The sponsorship operation presented is organized by the Nicard des Rieux real estate agency, from January 1st to December 31st by the sponsor over a period of 12 months. Agence Nicard des Rieux reserves the right to modify or terminate the sponsorship operation at any time, without prejudice to the rights of "sponsors" who have already made recommendations in accordance with the rights and conditions of eligibility.
Article 2 - Description of the sponsorship offer
The sponsorship offer consists of the "sponsor" sending to the Nicard des Rieux Agency, his contact details (Surname, First Name, Telephone, Email, Address), as well as the contact details of a natural person and adult (Surname, First Name, Telephone, Email, Address) with a real estate sale project. The Nicard des Rieux Agency is then authorised to get in touch with the "godchild" to accompany him throughout his real estate project.
Article 3 - Conditions of participation
1- For the sponsor
The "sponsor" is a natural person of legal legal capacity.
The "referrer" must make his request via the form dedicated to this offer and present on the website of the Nicard des Rieux Agency and in the agency.
By filling out this form, the "referrer" acknowledges having had the consent of his "referee" for the communication of his contact details.
There can only be one "sponsor" per sponsorship.
The "sponsor" is not allowed to sponsor a person from the same tax household.
2- For the sponsored child
The "godchild" is a natural person of legal legal capacity.
The objective of this operation is to allow the Nicard des Rieux Agency to create a first contractual relationship with a new customer.
In the event that the "referee" is recommended by several different "sponsors", the date of sending of the recommendation will be valid and only the first will be kept.
After being contacted by an advisor from the Nicard des Rieux Agency, the "godchild" remains free to follow up on this exchange or not.
Article 4 - Prizes for the sponsor
Subject to the eligibility conditions mentioned above in these rules, the prize for the "referrer" may take place only after the signature of the sales mandate and the final conclusion of the said sale with the "referral" concerned by the recommendation according to the following criteria:
For the "godfather", the first endowment for the sale of the property of his "godchild" will be €500.
If the said "godfather" recommends a second "godchild" and the Nicard des Rieux real estate agency and the "godchild" conclude, according to the above regulations, a sale, then the said "godfather" will be rewarded with €1000.
If the said "godfather" recommends a third "godchild" and the Nicard des Rieux real estate agency and the "godchild" conclude, according to the above regulations, a sale, then the said "godfather" will be rewarded with €1500.
Article 5 - Protection of personal data
The data transmitted to the Nicard des Rieux Real Estate Agency is personal data and is exclusively intended for us.
The Nicard des Rieux Agency keeps the data confidential.
